Before you travel to Vietnam to inspect samples, you inform us what must be right for you to approve the samples and place your order.
I visit the factory in advance and review the sample on site with the people responsible for producing it — against your drawings, specifications, and priorities.
We confirm what is correct, resolve what needs adjustment, and align with the factory on what will be delivered in production.
When you arrive, the sample reflects that work — so your factory visit is focused on approval and next steps, not problem-solving.
When to Engage Us
Used at the right point in your development process, this prevents unnecessary travel, avoids last-minute corrections during your visit, and protects your launch timing.
For best results, engage the pre-inspection once the factory has confirmed the sample is complete and sent you photos – allow two weeks before your planned visit.
This allows one focused visit to the factory to verify the sample, agree any adjustments, and have them implemented before you arrive.
