Your brief is turned into component-level drawings and manufacturing documents shaped around materials, cost, production capability and quality.

The finished package becomes the master reference for quotation, sampling, production, QC and future revisions. You control the product definition and can take the same product to another suitable factory without rebuilding it from the beginning.

The package also creates a dated development trail of briefs, correspondence and drawing revisions should the originality of the product ever need to be demonstrated.

Each inspection by S2U strengthens the next one. Data from previous inspections, claims and returns are analysed, allowing the checklist to evolve with each order, place greater focus on recurring weaknesses and build commercially valuable improvements into the next production run.

Each inspection ends with a clear conclusion, the evidence behind it, any immediate action required and a recommendation for the next order. When S2U carries out the next inspection, that recommendation becomes part of the checklist and is tested against the next production run.
